The Body Shop expands Kosmelita Group into Finland
After its expansion in the Baltics, Kosmelita Group added 12 The Body Shop stores in Finland.
Kosmelita Group has acquired Bodim Port Oy, which runs The Body Shop in Finland. The deal closed on 25 February 2025 and adds 12 stores and a team of 40 to the group.
The move follows the takeover of The Body Shop in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia in 2024. Kosmelita now runs The Body Shop in four countries: 7 stores in Lithuania, 7 in Latvia, 6 in Estonia and 12 in Finland.
Kosmelita Group CEO Arvydas Šapola said the group is committed to investing in and developing the brand, while expanding into new product categories and strengthening its position across the region.
