Kosmelita Group brings KIKO Milano to the Baltics
Kosmelita Group has acquired the franchise rights to the Italian cosmetics brand KIKO Milano in the Baltic states. The first store is planned to open at Akropolis in Vilnius in November 2026.

In September 2026 Kosmelita Group acquired the franchise rights to KIKO Milano, the Italian make-up and skincare brand, in the Baltic states. KIKO Milano becomes the group’s fifth brand, alongside Eurokos, Eurokos Outlet, The Body Shop and Monro.
The first store opens in November 2026 at Akropolis in Vilnius. At about 100 m², it follows KIKO Milano’s newest store concept, one of only a few worldwide and the first in the Baltics, with beauty consultants, stations for trying products and personalisation such as engraving.
The store will carry make-up, skincare, fragrances, hair care and accessories, plus seasonal limited editions. The range follows the Italian stores, with some make-up shades chosen for Lithuanian customers.
“Lithuania is the largest beauty market in the Baltics, which makes it the natural starting point for our expansion in the region.”
Arvydas Šapola, director of Kosmelita
